Foreign citizens, stateless persons enter the Republic of Belarus, depart from the Republic of Belarus and travel in transit (transit passage) through the territory of the Republic of Belarus on the document for travel abroad with a visa, except for foreign citizens and stateless persons with the right for visa-free entry to the Republic of Belarus, departure from the Republic of Belarus and travelling in transit (transit passage) through the territory of the Republic of Belarus
In accordance with international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, visa-free regime is provided to foreign citizens of the following countries.
Foreign citizens, stateless persons with a residence permit in the Republic of Belarus and the document for traveling abroad, are not required to have a visa of the Republic of Belarus.
Territorial divisions for citizenship and migration of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Belarus are also authorities for issuing exit and exit-entry visas during foreigners stay in Belarus.
