Electronic queue system

Electronic queue system at the Belarusian border functions in the following checkpoints:

  • from September 1, 2016 - Brest;
  • from November 24, 2017 - Kotlovka;
  • from January 25, 2018 - Grigorovschina;
  • from May 30, 2019 – Urbani;
  • from June 1, 2020 - Bruzgi;
  • from May 14, 2021 – Kamenniy Log;
  • from October 20, 2021 - Benyakoni.

Please note, that border, customs and other types of control are passed under the established order.

Under the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus № 1130 dated 31st of December, 2015, all vehicles crossing the border at these checkpoints, will pass through the electronic queue system.

The procedure for the provision of booking the time of entry to BCP in the electronic queue system has also changed.

For booking an electronic queue for trucks, it is necessary to register on the system website as a legal entity. For users registered as an individual, the service for booking an electronic queue for trucks is not available.

The booked date and time can be changed 1 time no later than 1 hour before the booked interval.

A user registered as a legal entity can have only one valid booking per vehicle. The next booking for the same car can be made by a legal entity after vehicle departure at the booked time or in case of cancellation of the booking on its own initiative. 

The user can book the time of entry to the BCP 7 days in advance, but no later than 1 (one) hour before the desired time.
